Are you looking for English content to enjoy or study but feel too overwhelmed by the amount of material on the internet? Let me prepare some delicious food for thought!

This is a site for adult learners who want to read and listen to more English. I will prepare interesting content for intermediate learners – stories, news, facts and information that’s not too hard but not too easy. I will also point you toward other good sites on the web.

There are three parts to this site:

What’s For English (the blog). Thoughts, opinions, reactions and summaries of news articles and other information. Read this frequently and get more familiar with written English delivered in a casual and easy manner.

Extend Your Listening (a podcast). Short talks about business, news and information available as a download or podcast. I will provide background, explain vocabulary and comment on current events so you can get more out of the native speaker news media.

Wine In Easy English (a podcast). Listen and learn about wine and improve your English at the same time. Listen in if you are interested in wine and need to get better at understanding and talking about wine in English.
